LANDSCAPE LOTTERY

MASTER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: 5 September 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all prize draws and promotions operated by Landscape Lottery through landscape-lottery.com. By entering a draw, you agree to these Terms together with any additional terms displayed on the relevant draw page.

1. The Promoter

The promoter is: Landscape Lottery Ltd, trading as Landscape Lottery. Company number: 17036246. Registered office: Walton Hall Farm, Waltons Hall Road, Stanford-Le-Hope, Essex, SS17 0RH, England. Email: Landscapelottery365247@hotmail.com Throughout these Terms, "Landscape Lottery", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the Promoter.

2. Our Draws

Landscape Lottery operates promotional prize draws offering landscaping, gardening, and home-improvement-related prizes. Different draws may be operated simultaneously. Prizes may include complete garden makeovers, landscaping packages, patios and driveways, swimming pools, garden rooms, outdoor kitchens and bars, artificial or natural lawns, fencing and walls, garden lighting, planting and landscaping, outdoor entertainment areas, and other garden or property improvement prizes. Prize values may vary and may include prizes with advertised values ranging from approximately £5,000 to £100,000 or more. Every draw is separate. The applicable draw page will specify the prize, advertised value, entry price, opening date, closing date, maximum number of entries where applicable, geographical restrictions and any additional prize-specific conditions.

3. Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant draw page, entrants must: (a) be aged 18 or over; (b) be legally resident in the territory specified on the relevant draw page; (c) provide accurate contact information; and (d) comply with these Terms and any draw-specific conditions. Employees and directors of Landscape Lottery who are directly involved in administering a draw, and members of their immediate households, may not enter that draw. Landscape Lottery may require reasonable proof of identity, age, address and eligibility before awarding a prize. For a garden- or property-related prize, we may also require evidence that the winner owns the property or has the legal owner's permission to carry out the works.

4. Online Entry

Entries are made online only. Entrants must visit the relevant draw page at landscape-lottery.com, select the desired number of entries and complete the checkout process. Entry prices will be displayed before purchase and may vary between draws. For example, entries typically cost £2-£5 each, although we may offer different prices for particular promotions. Payment must be completed before entries become valid. Following successful payment, the entrant will receive or be allocated the appropriate entry number(s). The entrant is responsible for checking that the information supplied during entry is accurate.

5. Maximum Entries

Landscape Lottery may impose a maximum number of entries available for a particular draw and/or a maximum number that one person may obtain. Any applicable limits will be stated on the relevant draw page. Attempts to circumvent individual entry limits by using multiple accounts, providing false information, or other methods may result in disqualification.

6. Opening and Closing Dates

Each draw will have an opening date and closing date/time displayed on the relevant draw page. Entries received after the closing time will not participate in that draw. Landscape Lottery will not change closing dates merely because an insufficient number of entries have been sold. If exceptional circumstances outside our reasonable control require a change to the closing date, we will clearly communicate the change and treat affected entrants fairly in accordance with applicable law and advertising requirements.

7. Selection of Winners

Unless the specific draw states otherwise, winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the draw has closed. Landscape Lottery uses an independently verifiable random selection process to select the winning entry, and retains appropriate records of winner selection to demonstrate that the draw was conducted fairly. We may broadcast or record draws on the Website or Landscape Lottery's social media channels.

8. Winner Notification

The provisional winner will be contacted using the details provided when entering. We may contact the winner by telephone, email and/or other contact methods supplied by the entrant. Before confirming a winner, Landscape Lottery may require proof of identity, age, residential address, eligibility, property ownership, permission from the property owner, and any other information reasonably necessary to verify entitlement to the prize. The provisional winner should respond within 14 days of our initial notification unless another period is specified. If the provisional winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, fails to respond within the specified period, is ineligible or has materially breached these Terms, Landscape Lottery may select an alternative winner where permitted by law and the applicable promotional rules.

9. Garden and Landscaping Prizes

The exact prize available in each draw will be described on its individual draw page. Examples may include WIN A £5,000 GARDEN UPGRADE or WIN A £100,000 DREAM GARDEN MAKEOVER. Where a monetary value is attached to a landscaping prize, the relevant draw page will explain what that value represents. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the advertised value represents the maximum retail value of the products, materials, labour and services included within the prize package.

10. Design of the Winning Garden

Where the prize involves landscaping works, Landscape Lottery will work with the winner to develop an appropriate design within the scope and maximum value of the prize. The final design will depend on the dimensions of the property, the site survey, site access, existing ground conditions, drainage, utilities, planning restrictions, building regulations, structural requirements, availability of materials, health and safety considerations, and the winner's reasonable preferences. The final design may therefore differ from images used to advertise the promotion.

11. Promotional Images and CGI Renders

Photographs, architectural visualisations, CGI renders, videos and other imagery used to advertise Landscape Lottery prizes may be illustrative. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional imagery does not constitute a guarantee that every item or feature shown will form part of the winner's finished garden. The actual prize specification will be determined by the description on the applicable draw page and these Terms.

12. Planning Permission and Other Approvals

Certain landscaping projects may require planning permission, building control approval, freeholder consent, landlord consent, utility approval, or other third-party permission. No work requiring approval will begin until the necessary permission has been obtained. Landscape Lottery will meet the cost of any planning or application fees that form part of the advertised prize works. If a proposed feature cannot legally or practically be installed at the winning property, Landscape Lottery may, subject to applicable consumer law and the specific prize terms, provide an appropriate alternative within the prize specification/value.

13. Difficult Sites and Additional Work

The advertised prize assumes that the winning property is reasonably capable of accommodating the applicable works. Unexpected circumstances could include contaminated land, asbestos, major structural defects, unusually difficult access, significant underground utilities or other conditions that could not reasonably have been identified before the site survey. Where additional work outside the advertised prize specification is necessary, we will explain this to the winner before proceeding. The winner will not be required to purchase any optional upgrades to receive the prize they have legitimately won.

14. Prize Value

The advertised value of a prize is the value specified on the relevant draw page. A winner is not required to spend additional money to receive the advertised prize. If a winner voluntarily requests upgrades or work beyond the prize specification/value, such additional work may be quoted separately.

15. Payment and Failed Payments

Entries are valid only after successful payment. Where a payment is legitimately reversed, cancelled, refunded or subject to a successful chargeback, entries associated with that payment may be cancelled where legally permissible. Landscape Lottery may investigate transactions reasonably suspected of fraud, unauthorised card use or payment abuse.

16. Refunds

Entries accepted into a draw are generally non-refundable except where Landscape Lottery cancels the draw, an incorrect payment was taken because of our error, the relevant draw terms provide for a refund, or a refund is required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms affects a consumer's statutory rights.

17. Cancellation of a Draw

Landscape Lottery does not guarantee that every available entry will be sold. We will not withhold an advertised prize simply because fewer entries than anticipated have been sold unless the possibility and consequences of this were clearly and lawfully disclosed before entry. If exceptional circumstances outside our reasonable control make it impossible or unlawful to award the advertised prize, Landscape Lottery may take reasonable alternative action in accordance with applicable consumer and promotional law. If a draw is cancelled entirely, affected entrants will receive refunds where required.

18. Fraud, Abuse and Disqualification

Landscape Lottery may disqualify an entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has committed fraud, provided false information, used stolen or unauthorised payment details, manipulated or attempted to manipulate the Website, used automated entry software, created multiple accounts to circumvent entry limits, interfered with the winner-selection process, or materially breached these Terms. Disqualification decisions will be made reasonably and proportionately.

19. Publicity and Winners

Landscape Lottery may publish information concerning winners where permitted or required under applicable promotional rules. We may ask winners whether they are willing to participate in photographs, videos, interviews, before-and-after garden content and other promotional material. We will appropriately handle any additional promotional use that requires consent.

20. Personal Data

Landscape Lottery will process personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable UK data-protection legislation. Information supplied when entering may be used to administer entries, process payments, prevent fraud, verify eligibility, contact winners, administer and deliver prizes, and comply with legal obligations. Entering a draw does not automatically mean an entrant has agreed to receive unrelated promotional emails or text messages. Marketing preferences will be collected separately where necessary.

21. Website Availability

We will take reasonable steps to maintain the Website and entry systems. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Landscape Lottery will not be responsible for an entrant's own internet connection, device failure or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If a significant technical problem affects the fairness of a draw, Landscape Lottery may take reasonable corrective action.

22. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing in these Terms affects a consumer's statutory rights. Subject to those provisions, Landscape Lottery will not be liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

23. Changes to These Terms

Landscape Lottery may update these Terms from time to time. Unless required by law or necessary to protect entrants, the Terms applying to an entry will normally be those in force when the entry was made. We will not retrospectively make material changes that unfairly disadvantage existing entrants.

24. Complaints

Questions or complaints should first be sent to Landscape Lottery Customer Support at Landscapelottery365247@hotmail.com. We will investigate complaints fairly and aim to respond within a reasonable period.

25. Governing Law

The laws of England and Wales govern these Terms. Entrants retain any mandatory rights they have to bring proceedings in another UK jurisdiction where applicable.
